I really can't say that this look appeals to me. It's just tacky, and if it were to be a something 'chic' and a mixture of styles, I would hope that it would have been cleaner (in terms of fit). But at this school anything goes, I guess.

I agree that it's totally tacky. Flip-flops with a blazer? Gross. Get real shoes.
It would help if the pants matched the rest of the outfit AT ALL. It needs something to tie the two looks together.
I have a hard time believing that this outfit impressed any employers.
this look is just all wrong. an employer wouldn't give this kid a second look. talk about first impressions!
i hope he looks back at this and turns red in the cheeks. gross.
