RainOne major difference I've noticed between London and the states is that in London, you'll see a lot more people going all out. In the states a lot of people will dress in a certain style but keep a 'natural' hair color, style, etc. But, in London, they mean business.

oh yes, All Saints IS awesome. And yes, Londoners tend to go all out a lot more than in germany too (where NOBODY goes all out at all anyway ^^)
